Oshkosh North High School is a public secondary/high school located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Part of the Oshkosh Area School District, the school serves students in grades 9 through 12. As of Fall 2013, there are 1293 students enrolled at the school.〔()〕 It is referred to by students as "North". Languages offered are Spanish, French, and German. Upper level French and German are taught in collaboration with Oshkosh West over video. Sports offered include football, baseball, basketball, cross country, dance team, golf, soccer, softball, swimming and diving, tennis, track, volleyball, and wrestling. Athletic teams participate in the Fox Valley Association. The school's mascot is the Spartan. In 2013, the football team was runner up for champions in the state of Wisconsin. Oshkosh North sponsors Communities, a program that offers students a unique way to learn literacy, science and social studies while covering all required district standards. The Communities program collaborates with businesses, organizations, and members of the community to provide a learning experience while improving the community.
